About the Role
NAMA Medical Clinic is seeking reliable and diligent Cleaning Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the clinic. The ideal candidate will help ensure a sanitary and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Prior experience in a hospital or medical facility is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all clinic areas, including:
- Waiting area
- Consultation rooms
- Minor OT / Observation room
- Laboratory
- Toilets and corridors
- Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces regularly
- Handle medical and general waste properly according to biomedical waste guidelines
- Replenish consumables such as hand sanitizers, soaps, and tissue papers
- Report maintenance issues to the clinic supervisor
- Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly
- Assist other staff with cleaning tasks during emergencies or special requirements
Requirements
- Age: 25–50 years
- Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical facility preferred
- Physically fit and able to perform routine cleaning tasks efficiently
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality in a medical environment
