About the Role
NAMA Medical Clinic is seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our clinic premises, staff, patients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will monitor the premises, manage entry and exit, and respond promptly to any security concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor clinic premises and surrounding areas to prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized access
- Manage entry and exit of patients, staff, and visitors
- Ensure safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or unusual activities
- Maintain daily security logs and report incidents to management
- Assist in crowd management and maintain order in waiting areas when needed
- Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergencies
Requirements
- Minimum 10th pass (High School)
- Previous experience in security services preferred but not mandatory
- Valid Kerala Security Guard license is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long hours
- Preferred male candidate, aged 25–40 years
- Alert, disciplined, and responsible
- Good communication skills and ability to handle emergencies calmly
