About the Role
NAMA Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Nurse to lead and manage nursing services at our clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care, supervise nursing staff, and support the smooth coordination of clinical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide nursing staff and support personnel
- Ensure high standards of patient care and adherence to clinical protocols
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic management for efficient clinic operations
- Monitor infection control, patient safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain nursing records, reports, and clinical documentation
- Assist in staff training, duty scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Address patient concerns and promote compassionate care delivery
Requirements
- BSc Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution
- Valid KNC Registration (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage emergencies and multitask effectively
