About the Role
NAMA Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced Lab Technician / Lab In-Charge to manage and supervise the daily operations of our medical laboratory. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and quality in laboratory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily laboratory operations and laboratory staff
- Perform and verify laboratory tests with accuracy and reliability
- Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and regulations
- Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and records
- Implement and monitor quality control and safety procedures
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic management for efficient operations
Requirements
- BSc MLT or MSc MLT from a recognized institution
- Valid professional registration (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant laboratory experience
- Supervisory or Lab In-Charge experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety and quality control procedures
